This Agreement defines the terms of use of materials and services of https://stanislavkazakov.com/taoist_qigong website (hereinafter - "Site") by Users.

1. General Terms
1.1. The use of the materials and services of the Site will be governed by the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Site's materials, the User is deemed to have acceded to this Agreement. 1.3.
1.3. The Website Administration has the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement unilaterally at any time. Such amendments will become effective 3 (three) days after the posting of the new version of the Agreement on the Site. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he or she must deny access to the Site and stop using the materials and services of the Site.
2. User Obligations
2.1 The User agrees not to take any actions, which may be considered as violation of the Russian legislation or norms of international law, including in the area of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions, which result or may result in disruption of normal operation of the Site and Site's services.
2.2 The use of the Site's materials without the consent of the copyright holders is not allowed (Art. 1270 of the Russian Federation Civil Code). Legitimate use of the Site's materials requires the conclusion of license agreements (obtaining licenses) from the Titleholders.
2.3 When quoting materials from the Site, including protected copyright works, the reference to the Site is mandatory (Subparagraph 1 paragraph 1 Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
2.4 The User's comments and other writings on the Site will not be in conflict with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the generally accepted standards of morality and ethics.
2.5. User is warning that the Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained on the site.
2.6. User accepts that Site Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect liability to User in relation to any losses or damages arising from any content of Site, registration of copyright and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources or other contacts of User, which they have entered into using information posted on Site or links to external resources.
2.7. User accepts that all or any part of the materials and services of the Website may be accompanied by advertising. User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible and has no obligations with respect to such advertising.
3. Other terms and conditions
3.1. All possible disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.2. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as establishing agency relations, partnership relations, joint venture relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided by this Agreement.
3.3 A court's declaring any provision of the Agreement invalid or unenforceable will not invalidate other provisions of the Agreement.
3.4 Failure to act on the part of the Website Administration in case of violation of the provisions of the Agreement by any User does not disable the right of the Website Administration to take appropriate actions to protect its interests and copyrights to protected materials of the Website in accordance with the legislation.
User confirms that he or she is acquainted with all clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
