1. 1. General provisions

The policy on personal data processing is made in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. №152-FЗ "On Personal Data" and determines the order of processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of Saphronov Igor Borisovich (hereinafter - the Operator).
The Operator's main purpose and condition for its activities is to ensure observance of human and civil rights and freedoms during processing of personal data, including protection of rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

This Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter - the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the

1. 2. Basic concepts used in the Policy

Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data by means of computer technology;
Blocking of personal data - temporary suspension of processing of personal data (except when the processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
Website means aggregate of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases, making them available on the Internet at the network address http://taynizhizni.ru;
Personal data information system means an aggregate of personal data contained in databases of personal data and information technologies and technical means ensuring its processing;
Personal data depersonalization means actions, as a result of which it is impossible to determine without the use of additional information whether the personal data belongs to a particular User or another subject of personal data;
Processing of personal data means any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations), performed with or without the use of automation with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data;
Operator is a state body, municipal authority, legal entity or individual, independently or together with other persons organizing and (or) performing processing of personal data, as well as determining the purpose of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;

Provision of personal data means actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;
Dissemination of personal data means any actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to an indefinite range of persons (transfer of personal data) or to familiarize with personal data to an unlimited number of persons, including publication of personal data in mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;
Cross-border transfer of personal data means transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign state authority, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;

Destruction of personal data means any action, as a result of which personal data is destroyed irretrievably with impossibility of further restoration of personal data content in information system of personal data and (or) as a result of which tangible carriers of personal data are destroyed.

1. 3. The Operator may process the following personal data on the User

Surname, first name, patronymic (if there is one);
E-mail address;
Phone numbers;

The website also collects and processes impersonal visitor data (including cookies) through web statistics services (Yandex Metrics and Google Analytics, etc.).

The above-mentioned data hereinafter in the text of this Policy are combined with the general term Personal Data.

1. 4. Purposes of personal data processing

The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending e-mails.

The Operator also has the right to send the user notifications about new products and services, special offers and different events. The User can always refuse to receive information messages by sending an email to the Operator at service@taynizhizni.ru with the note "Unsubscribe from notifications about new products and services and special offers".

The anonymised User data collected through Internet statistics services are used to collect information about the User's activities on the website and to improve the quality of the website and its contents.

1. 5. Legal basis for processing personal data

The Operator processes the personal data of the User only in case the User fills in and (or) sends the personal data by himself or herself through the special forms located on the website http://taynizhizni.ru. By completing the relevant forms and (or) sending his personal data to the Operator, the User expresses his agreement to the Policy.

The Operator processes the anonymised data about the User if the User's browser settings allow it (cookie saving and the use of JavaScript technology are enabled).

1. 6. Procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other processing of personal data

The security of personal data, which is processed by the Operator, is provided by implementing legal, organisational and technical measures, necessary for fulfilling in full the requirements of current legislation in the sphere of protection of personal data.
The Operator provides safety of personal data and takes all possible measures, which exclude access to personal data by unauthorised persons.
The user's personal data will never be disclosed under any circumstances, to third parties, except in cases related to the execution of current legislation.
In case of identification of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them on their own by sending a notification to the Operator's email address service@taynizhizni.ru with a note "Updating of personal data".

The period of processing of personal data is unlimited. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending the Operator a notification via email to the Operator's email address service@taynizhizni.ru marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".

1. 7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

Before transborder transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to ensure that the foreign country, to the territory of which personal data transfer is supposed to be carried out, provides reliable protection of personal data subjects' rights.

The transborder transfer of personal data to foreign countries that do not comply with the aforementioned requirements may take place only if the personal data subject consents in writing to the transborder transfer of his or her personal data, and (or) executes an agreement, to which the personal data subject is a party.

The user may obtain any clarification on questions of interest relating to the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator by e-mail at service@taynizhizni.ru.
This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
